GoldenDowFX operates as an independent partner of Deriv. Our role is to assist users with account setup and payment agent services. When you create a Deriv account through our referral link, your trading relationship is directly with Deriv, not GoldenDowFX. 4. Eligibility

As a Deriv payment agent, GoldenDowFX facilitates deposit and withdrawal transactions for Deriv users. By using our payment agent services, you acknowledge that:

• All funds deposited or withdrawn are for your Deriv trading account only.
• You are responsible for providing correct account details and payment information.
• Transaction processing times may vary depending on payment methods and Deriv's processing.
• GoldenDowFX may charge fees for payment agent services, which will be disclosed before any transaction.
• We reserve the right to refuse or delay transactions if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

6. No Investment Advice

GoldenDowFX does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or portfolio management. Any information shared by our support team is for educational and navigational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should seek advice from a licensed financial advisor if needed.

7. Risk Acknowledgement
